Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How to measure?

A: Measure the length of your wall in inches and divide it by 20.5 (panel width). Round to the next whole number. This is the amount of panels you will order.

Next, measure the height of the walls in feet and round up to the closest panel size. Ex. If your wall is 8.5 feet tall you would need to order 9 foot tall panels. Convert this number to inches.

Q: What is the difference between Canvas and Vinyl Finish?

A: Both of these are offered on our Peel and Stick Paper. Canvas is a medium textured canvas finish and flat vinyl is a matte smooth finish. Both are easy to use and easily movable before securing in place with a squeegee.

Q: Can I get this print in a different color?

A: YES! Most of our patterns are able to be customized in whatever colorway you want. However, some are hand drawn and are not adjustable. Please contact us for all customizations!

Q: Will peel and stick work on textured walls?

A: It is not recommended to put peel and stick wallpaper on textured walls, however it does work in some instances. Depending on the amount of textured and the paint finish it could be successful. I suggest ordering a sample and trying it out on your walls for 1-2 weeks. If it does not stick nicely, I recommend purchasing the traditional non-pasted paper.

Q: Do you carry non-pasted wallpaper?

A: Yes, we offer our commercial grade non-pasted wallpaper in both a smooth finish and canvas finish.

Q: What is non-pasted paper?

A: This is traditional wallpaper in the sense that you will need wallpaper paste to adhere the paper to the wall. It is best to get this type of paper professionally installed.

Q: Do you offer wallpaper installation services?

A: At this time we do not offer any install services. But there is a how-to video on our how to page and this paper is very easy to work with even if you are a beginner DIY-er.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Please see our refund policy. Remember all paper is printed on demand, and it is required for you to get a sample to qualify.

Q: My wallpaper came in damaged.

A: Although we pride ourselves on triple checking every order we are all human and technology does also sometimes get things wrong. Please inspect your wallpaper before installing, if something is messed up or printed incorrectly, we will happily reprint for you.
