Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final Because every order is custom printed, all sales are final. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing your full order. It's the best way to confirm color, texture and scale in your actual space.
Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us at hello@funkypaperco.com within 6 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellations requested after this window as production may have already begun. Cancellations are not accepted on custom orders.
Damaged or Defective Items We triple-check every order before it leaves our hands, but if your wallpaper arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@funkypaperco.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Please do not install damaged wallpaper and retain all original packaging, as it may be needed for the claims process. We'll get a reprint on the way to you ASAP.
Samples All sample purchases are final sale. Please note that due to natural variations in color, paper and printing, we cannot guarantee that a sample and full panel(s) will be an exact color match. If you are using wallpaper in a rental space, we recommend testing on an inconspicuous wall and checking after 2 weeks to ensure no damage occurs upon removal. If the adhesive is not compatible with your walls, our unpasted traditional wallpaper is a great alternative.
Disclaimers Funky Paper Co. is not responsible for variations in color between the product and your screen or monitor. The best way to see true color is to order a sample. Funky Paper Co. is not responsible for any damage done to walls during removal of wallpaper. Funky Paper Co. is not responsible for variations in wall texture, paint finishes or other surface conditions that may affect adhesive compatibility.
